Applicants must reside in southeast Texas, complete the LSCPA general scholarship application, and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The scholarship is awarded to 5 graduating high school seniors, 3 incoming first time LSCPA and 4 second year students majoring in a STEM program. High school students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and recipients must maintain a 2.5 GPA for continued eligibility. Based on eligibility, students must be enrolled at part-time (6 hours) or full-time (12 hours) status. 

This scholarship is renewable for 4 semesters for high school and incoming first-time LSCPA students.
This scholarship is renewable for 2 semesters for second year students.
